The team at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh has expertise in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including insolvency-related litigation, shareholder disputes and post-transaction disputes. The practice assists a roster of clients from sectors as diverse as utilities, hospitality, mining, and banking. The 'very tactical' Bart Gerretsen heads a team that is acting for Dutch utilities company Eneco in its long-running dispute regarding company management with Greenchoice.
