Richard le Grand is a founding partner of Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh and has been practising as a commercial and corporate lawyer since 2002. He has completed postgraduate degrees in the fields of M&A, restructuring, accounting for IPs (Insolvency Practitioners) as well as a postdoctoral degree on Fraud & Forensic Investigations and is trained as a Restructuring Expert under the Dutch Scheme.
Richard is an ambitious, tenacious professional who will always go the extra mile. As a boardroom advisor to his corporate clients, including certain multinationals, he is a well versed commercial litigator and an all-round corporate lawyer. In addition, he acts for both companies and banks in dealing with fraud cases.
Richard is a member of both INSOLAD (the Dutch association for professional Insolvency practitioners) and the Rotterdam Bankruptcy Fraud Committee. Richard Le Grand is appointed by the Courts as insolvency administrator and acts as an expert at the request of the Enterprise Chamber. Benchmark Litigation recognised Richard Le Grand as Lawyer of the Year 2019 in The Netherlands.
