Irene Tax qualified as a lawyer in 2003 and is a partner at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh. She specialises in corporate disputes. Her approach is thorough, strategic and results-driven. Irene has broad experience litigating shareholders’ claims, directors’ liability - including bankruptcies, professional liability, partnership disputes, investor claims and takeover disputes. She is regularly requested to provide second opinions and advice on complex cases.
Her previous experience was gained as an attorney with Loyens & Loeff (2002-2014) and as partner with Quint Legal (2015-2018). Irene completed the in-depth Grotius post-academic course “Corporation and Liability” (with Honours). Additionally, Irene teaches various courses on corporate law, including for Lexlumen which offers post-academic courses to lawyers.
