Bart Gerretsen is our eminence grise in the field of corporate litigation. From 2017 to July 2024, he worked at our firm as a lawyer and is currently involved as an advisor. He focuses on counselling clients engaged in litigation or mediations.
As a former board member and section chairman at NautaDutilh, Bart has always been regarded by the market as a highly experienced lawyer in the field of governance and corporate conflicts.
