Babette Pronk has been a lawyer since 2020 and has worked at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since September 2023. She previously gained experience in insolvency law at Florent in Amsterdam.
At our firm, she focuses on bankruptcy law, restructurings and general property and securities law. She also supports the receivership practice in settling both (very) large and small bankruptcies.
Babette completed the master in corporate law at VU University Amsterdam and is a member of the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA). She is also an editorial board member of INS Updates, where she regularly writes about insolvency law-related case law.
