Arthur de Ruiter has been a lawyer since 2021 and since September 2024 working at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh within our practice groups IP & pharmaceutical law and EU, state aid & competition law.
Within our firm, Arthur mainly advises and litigates on matters related to intellectual property law and competition law.
Previously, he gained experience within the Litigation & Risk Management and Competition & Regulatory practice groups at Loyens & Loeff.
Arthur graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam with both a master's degree in Corporate Law and Financial Economics. Furthermore, he is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) and the Dutch Association for Young Litigators (VJP).
